3 Must-Have Tools for Photographers

If you're a photographer, you know that the sooner you find out about helpful resources, the faster you can grow your business and avoid the stresses of trial and error!

These three websites are so helpful to your daily workflow as a photographer and I can't recommend them enough!

1. Canva

Canva is a graphic design site for people who aren't graphic designers! While it's not a replacement for hiring a professional in all situations, this site is more than sufficient to help you design your investment guides, client questionnaires, and headers for social media! There are tons of beautiful templates to choose from as well as the capability to design your own from scratch. And here's the kicker... it's FREE! You can upgrade to a paid subscription for added benefits, but I think you'll find the free version may very well be all that you need!

2. Honeybook

Honeybook is the PERFECT client relationship management system to handle your workflow. From inquiry to invoice, you can create email templates, send files and contracts, and even schedule sessions by applying your availability settings. It's also full of automation options so you can be more efficient with your time in your business!

If you'd like to save some cash, you can join Honeybook with my referral code for 20% off your subscription! Just click HERE.

3. Pixieset

To deliver client galleries in an impressive digital format for download, I highly recommend considering Pixieset! This easy-to-use website allows your clients to easily download their images in both high-resolution and web-appropriate versions. It also has built-in social sharing features! There are customization options for each gallery and you can even host a print shop and link it to your clients' galleries! Recently, Pixieset has added a custom app option for clients to quickly access their images from their mobile device! Free and paid versions are available.
