3 Steps to Your Most Productive Day EVER!




1. Brain Dump the Evening Before!

Before the close of your day, jot down anything you think you need "to do." Circle your top three most important tasks and those will be your goals to complete for the next day.

2. Batch Your Work (and save yourself hours!)


Group similar tasks together and divide your workflow into days or hours of ONE topic instead of jumping from task to task. Here's an example: Let's say you want to blog once a week. Instead, set aside a couple hours on ONE day to complete 4 blogs and you'll complete a month's worth of blogs in one sitting AND in less time!


3. Set a Timer

Create razor sharp focus sessions with small breaks in between. Choose a task and work 25 minutes. Break for 5 minutes. After 4 sessions, take a longer break of 15-30 minutes. *Note: Personally, I work best with two 1.5 hour sessions and a 15 minute break in between. Do what works for you!
